About Us
Treat yourself to an enjoyable, relaxing, and adventuresome trip to the Grand Canyon and experience the beautiful natural wonders of Northern Arizona.
The beautiful city of Flagstaff is amongst the majestic mountains of Northern Arizona at 7,000 feet. Nestled in the largest ponderosa pine forest in the world, Flagstaff boasts of cool summer weather averaging 80 degrees and no humidity. It’s well known for the best weather in the country!
Chabad of Flagstaff was founded by the Rebbe’s Shluchim, Rabbi Dovie and Chaya Shapiro in the summer of 2006. Flagstaff has a local Jewish Community, an active group of Jewish college students at Northern Arizona University, summer vacationers from across Arizona, and visitors from around the world. Thanks to the Rebbe’s vision of Ahavas Yisroel, Chabad of Flagstaff, and its amazing supporters, Jewish life in this beautiful mountain town is more vibrant than anyone could have ever imagined.
Chabad of Flagstaff recently completed its construction of the new state-of-the-art Molly Blank Jewish Community Center in the heart of Flagstaff! The new facility includes a magnificent Shul, social hall, culinary kitchen, library lounge, classrooms, conference room, outdoor terraces, outdoor dining, playground, hospitality suites, and women’s Mikvah.
We are within walking distance from a number of beautiful hotels. Feel free to hang out or learn after Shabbos meals in our beautiful Shul, library or youth lounge and enjoy the gorgeous Flagstaff weather in our peaceful terraces or exciting kids’ playground.
Chabad of Flagstaff offers visitors Minyanim, accommodations, gourmet catering, a restaurant, and much more. Our office staff are happy to help you or your group plan your next trip to Northern Arizona.
